Most attorneys (including me I’m sure) could use a little help in writing better bios for our Web sites. Have you noticed that almost all attorney bios follow the same general format? Here’s a good blog post from the Total Attorneys Blog on writing a better bio. (The post is written by Russ Korins of Nimbus Law Firm Marketing).
Korins has this to say about improving bios,
Think of it as a strategically positioned argument, not an exhaustive history. What would you tell a prospective client, or key referral source, about your work? Consider the aspects of your experience, and the needs your legal services meet, that are most valuable in the eyes of your audience.
